Personal Training
Train one on one with our head trainer Annelyse. With the option to train for 30 or 45 minutes there is something for all your fitness needs. No matter your fitness level Annelyse will take you through a range of exercises to help you take the next step in achieving your fitness goals. Sessions are personalized to you and your specific needs, level and injuries so you get the most out of every session.
Group Class
Weekday mornings during the school terms we run group personal training sessions, with this group environment we can use our competitive nature to push ourselves and encourage others to work hard and enjoy the post workout endorphins.
These workout are programmed to help you get the most out of your workouts and overseen by Carrie to fix your form and adjust exercises to your individual fitness level.
Gym memberships
With our swipe card gym memberships you have the freedom to train whenever you want in our private studio space. Train on your own schedule with free weights, machines, or cardio equipment. Use a mix of strength training and cardiovascular work to achieve bodies that are both lean, and muscular. Whether you aim to remove some body fat or add some lean muscle mass for health or aesthetic reasons T Fit Studio provides the best possible environment to do so.
Online Programming
Online personal training programs, train in our gym or yours following a personalised training program to achieve your specific goals.
Following a training program is one of the best way to achieve quick and maintainable results in the gym. Go in with a plan and know each session is one step closer to achieving your goal.
