Hi, I’m Annelyse, a certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I specialize in weight loss and strength training, helping my clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs and expert guidance.
Over the course of my career, I have worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners looking to get in shape to experienced athletes seeking to take their performance to the next level. My approach to training is based on a combination of science and practical experience, incorporating the latest research and techniques to help my clients achieve the best possible results.
Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply improve your overall fitness, I can help you get there. I believe that fitness should be enjoyable and sustainable, and I strive to create a supportive and motivating environment for all of my clients.
In addition to my work as a personal trainer, I also love to get outside for a run or ride. I have completed many marathons, and ultra marathons which have given me a deep understanding of what the human body is capable of when you set your mind to a goal. This experience has given me a great understanding of how to use strength training in the gym to get you closer to achieving great goals outside of the gym.
I bring a balanced approach to fitness and training, I believe that everybody deserves to have the tools to build and live a healthy happy lifestyle. I believe that training in the gym should help build the movement patterns and strength to enjoy life outside of the gym.
